Mission Statement
Pacific Northwest Alumni of Foster Care exists to be a voice for youth and alumni of foster care to create a community, state, and national awareness of foster care issues. The purpose of this awareness is to facilitate innovative social changes that lead to advancement of policy and practice. Ultimately, it is to improve the quality of life for children within the child welfare system.
